After that I could update any policies. When I click the Start button, I get a dialog box saying: Error updating policy: Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Documents and Settings\<profile>\Application Data\Activeworx\ASC\tmp\Pol4\rules". In that tmp folder, I have several folders: InitPolicy PID3 PID4 PID5 PID6 Pol2 Pol4 Pol5 Pol6 Pol2.tar.gz Pol4.tar.gz Pol5.tar.gz Pol6.tar.gz The Pol4 folder has no subfolders. Pol5 has a rules subfolder and Pol6 has rules and docs. I created a folder named "rules" under Pol4 and it seems to be working now. It sounds like the unzip process was stopped. You can safely remove all of these temp directories and it won't effect anything except be a little slower during the next update. Sounds like a good feature to add is an option to remove temp directores. This should clean up any troubles one might have with them. Look for this new option in the next build.
